Wine Tasting

Some may assume that a wine tasting is a snooty affair open only to oenophiles. But at FCI Catering & Events, we will work with you to craft an event as casual or structured, or as elevated or accessible as you wish. Our wine tastings are a fun way for guests to learn the tasting techniques of the pros, to discover new regions and varietals, and to explore food pairings.

Perhaps the best example of such an event is a wine and cheese tasting in our bread kitchen. Get your Board of Directors out of the board room and into the kitchen, where they will "break bread" while a professional sommelier guides them through wines and cheeses from a variety of regions.

Or perhaps you prefer a wine and canapé reception? A Spanish sherry tasting? Regardless of the theme or occasion, our team will conceptualize and plan an event, either on- or off-site, that guests with varied interests and knowledge levels will all relish.
