Inside our state-of-the-art kitchens, you can treat corporate clients, friends, and family to a firsthand taste of the culinary genius that goes on within our walls every day through two popular options: cooking competitions and hands-on classes.
Cooking competitions are great for larger groups. Following a wine and canapé reception, one of our professional chefs kicks off the evening by conducting a short demonstration, before asking teams of guests to don aprons and chef hats and to prepare their version of the dish. After the chef chooses a winner, everyone enjoys the fruits of their labors. Popular competition themes include dumplings, meatballs, sushi, and bruschetta.
For hands-on classes, following a wine and hors d'oeuvres reception, a chef demos cooking techniques and guides the class as guests work in teams to create a menu of items based on a theme of the host’s choice. Afterward, guests enjoy a seated dinner with wine composed of items made during the class. Popular menu themes include classic French, summer greenmarket, elegant holiday feast, and rustic Italian.
