Chef or Product Demonstration
Perfect for companies introducing a new product or publishers launching a book or magazine, demos produced by FCI Catering & Events are creative ways to showcase recipes made with a featured product or ingredient or to display equipment and techniques. Our chefs and our facilities, which were built for exactly this purpose, can support culinary demonstrations at the highest level of execution.
Events can begin with a wine and canapé reception, setting the stage for the unparalleled level of food and drink that lay ahead. Guests will then watch our executive chef (or yours) perform the demonstration of your choosing while enjoying a series of tastings. Our sommelier can pair and discuss specific wines for each course.
Our demonstration space can accommodate up to 120 people. We are also happy to execute demos at an off-premise location. Hosts have the option to co-sponsor in partnership with The International Culinary Center, which in turn lends your event even more cache.
